Position Overview

The position of an Accounts & Administration Executive consists of ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities concerning people management, accounting documentation processing and general administration. The position seeks to maintain a number of functions such as processing and upkeep of personnel documentation, processing of accounting documents records including issuing of invoices, collecting and depositing monies and preparation of reports for the accountant. Administration includes aspects of renewal of contracts for services, tendering and procurement and health and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Have an A level in Accounts and /or AAT Diploma in Business and Commerce or equivalent or similar.
  • Knowledge and skill of the SAGE accounting system used in the Foundation.
  • Knowledge and skills of Microsoft packages namely, Excel and Word together with database software.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
