St John's Co-Cathedral

Caravaggio Today: Amber Riya at St John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta

Be swept away by a meditative interpretation of Caravaggio’s biggest masterpiece, the Martyrdom of John the Baptist, in the Oratory at St John’s Co-Cathedral, Valletta. Merging her own musical notes with the mysticism of Caravaggio, Amber Riya’s harmonic chants, calls for listeners to stop and connect with the painting in a meditative manner which has never been done before.
