Position Overview
The position of a Custodian is to give a memorable experience to the visitors of St John’s complex. This is done by a customer service that exceeds expectations through the knowledge, skills and the attitudes of the custodian.

Qualifications and requirements
Qualifications and requirements
- Knowledge and skill to communicate and exercise customer service
- Knowledge about the monument and skills to communicate at least in Maltese and English
- Observation and assertiveness skills
- Ordinary level education or equivalent
- Customer care or experience as a tourist guide will be considered an asset
- Experience working in the tourist sector will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Italian, French, German, Polish or other foreign languages will be considered an asset
